Primary Outdoor Activities

Let’s Go Explore – Years K, 1 & 2

Let’s Go Explore introduces children to the great outdoors while providing a comfortable and emotionally safe environment. Adventure programs can be held within (or close to) school grounds, or at our adventure centre in Fitzroy Falls. Let’s Go Explore programs are day-only programs. They allow students to explore their natural environment and create a foundation for the physical, mental, and social skills they will build over the course of their education. Our aim is to create a sense of wonder, excitement, and a sense of belonging in participants as well as foster a love of nature and the opportunities it provides.

Let’s Go Outdoors – Years 3 & 4

The class will take on small responsibilities within their groups and learn to live and share with others over the two to three day program. The children will enjoy beginner’s archery and abseiling as well as other high ropes activities such as the caving ladder and giant swing which are featured at Fitzroy Falls.
