We’re looking for someone studying a Certificate 3/4 in Outdoor Leadership, who is keen to gain on-the-job experience while also completing formal training.

We’re looking for someone with a Certificate 4 in Outdoor Leadership (or an advanced qualification). You’ll have First Aid qualifications and experience in delivering outdoor education, safety briefings and demonstrations.

Purpose of role We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Client Liaison/Program Development Officer to join our team in the outdoor industry. This role is pivotal in creating, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their outdoor education and experience needs are met with tailored, high-quality programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the outdoors, possess a deep understanding of program development, and be skilled in client management.

This role is pivotal in developing, managing, and enhancing our training systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective training sessions. The L&D Coordinator will play a key role in designing and delivering in-house training programs, developing training manuals, and creating personalized training roadmaps for each employee to foster their professional growth and competency in outdoor education and leadership.
