Help ensure the smooth running of Optimum Experiences programs
As an Outdoor Leadership Trainee with Optimum Experiences, you’ll facilitate programs that exceed group expectations. Help groups achieve their desired outcomes from our specially designed programs, be they educational or recreational.
We’re looking for someone studying a Certificate 3/4 in Outdoor Leadership, who is keen to gain on-the-job experience while also completing formal training.

Casual Outdoor Educator
Salary
As an Outdoor Educator with Optimum Experiences, you’ll lead groups as they undertake programs that exceed expectations. Help groups achieve their desired outcomes from our specially designed programs, be they educational or recreational. Contribute to the leading outdoor education company in the Southern Highlands.
We’re looking for someone with a Certificate 4 in Outdoor Leadership (or an advanced qualification). You’ll have First Aid qualifications and experience in delivering outdoor education, safety briefings and demonstrations.
